No. ChunavData does not sell or supply phone-linked voter data — that violates the DPDP Act 2023 and our own standing policy. We work with contact data the campaign already lawfully holds, and we document that authority before activation.

What does the QA report show?

Aggregates only: total rows, syntactically valid numbers, unique eligible mobiles, duplicates and invalids — the same numbers your proforma estimate is built on, so billing and data always reconcile.
